Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program Calendar

8-Week MBSR Program
The Fall MBSR Program will begin September 27th and run through November 22nd. The program will be conducted over Zoom. Classes are on Saturday mornings, 9:00am to 11:30am CT. The all-day retreat will be on Saturday, November 15th, 9am to 4:00pm CT and will also be over Zoom. Tution is $395 and scholarships are available to those who need them.
All-Day Retreat
$550 for in-person groups
$395 for virtual groups
Includes 30 hours of class, individual interview time, practice CDs, text, workbook,
and resource manual.
